The Truckers on 295 and the Turnpike have CB's that put out more.

I drove past the tower the other night - WGYM sounded like it was at about 30% modulation and I started losing the station less than one mile from the tower (the 6 watt night signal used to hit the Expressway).

At least if it was louder, it would hide some of the buzzing from the street lights on Rt. 54... lol


Sounds like more than 10k worth of work to me... but what do I know???
 
WGYM was running the attention-grabbing, ratings-boosting, all dead air format this afternoon, right in the heart of PM drive (5:30p).
