Rochester WHAM back to full power

I listened to Lonsberry this morning (local program) sounded just fine for AM. No "popping" or anything besides the typical AM noise from time to time. I was in my car.

Listening right now and still hearing popping / clicking / brief audio cuts. Happens on my home radios, car radio, and a portable walkman type radio that I listen to at work. And as I mentioned before, other people that I know that are listeners also hear it. I'm sure I'm not imagining this.

What's causing it, and are they ever going to fix it?
