WHAS Interference from WCEO

I'm a DX listener and WHAS has always been in the clear for me at night here in Atlanta. But lately I've been getting LaRaza over them. Its apparantly coming from WCEO Columbia SC. From what I can tell they are only authorized for Daytime operation.
 
In the clear the last couple of nights. WHAS is my Mark Levin backup when the local station pre-empts for sports.
I knew it was WCEO even when they didn't ID. They were the only LaRaza on 840 and I could tell they were on an East-West axis from my house. They also had a relatively strong signal.
 
WCEO is back on the air at nights obliterating WHAS once again! Arghhhh!!!!
 
Complaining about it to the FCC directly is futile, unfortunately. Probably the only way to possibly resolve this would be to contact Iheart Louisville directly and inform them of the situation. I imagine they wouldn't be too happy to know their blowtorch of a signal is being stepped on in their nighttime "territory" by a daytime-only signal obviously operating outside of their legal bounds. I'm actually having a similar issue with an FM station operating outside of their legal parameters. WNKN 105.9 must now be shooting a hell of a lobe south toward Cincinnati considering they are now stepping all over semi-local WNJK, Nicholasville at night (every night).
 
Considering the problems Clear Channel is going through right now, I doubt they are concerned about a listener in Georgia.
