Complaining about it to the FCC directly is futile, unfortunately. Probably the only way to possibly resolve this would be to contact Iheart Louisville directly and inform them of the situation. I imagine they wouldn't be too happy to know their blowtorch of a signal is being stepped on in their nighttime "territory" by a daytime-only signal obviously operating outside of their legal bounds. I'm actually having a similar issue with an FM station operating outside of their legal parameters. WNKN 105.9 must now be shooting a hell of a lobe south toward Cincinnati considering they are now stepping all over semi-local WNJK, Nicholasville at night (every night).
