What a difference 90 miles makes!

WCBS-FM sounds SO good in every way-programming, music, personalities and technical. How come WOGL sounds so BAD then-in every way?

Familiarity? In both cases, it's the same music over and over again. CBS-FM seems to cover a slightly wider time swath than OGL. For some reason NYC stations' sound quality seems generally better than Philly. Don't know why that is. Maybe the typical STL to the Empire State Building is better than what Philly stations use to get to Roxborough?

Or it may be the engineer for the CBS Radio cluster in NYC doing a great job with the audio processing.

you do know that CBS-FM streams on the internet right

god just listen to that and there is your WCBS-FM

and if you cant get enough buy a wifi radio
