What a Memorial Day weekend......

It's raining all weekend, I spent a hundred bucks on meat, (Is it possible to grill in the rain?), and none of my stations,(K104, 97.9 The Beat, Casa 106.7, 94.5 K-Soul, and 105.7 KRNB), doing any Memorial Day mixing, except for one, (La Kalle 99.1). I'm so desperate to hear some Memorial Day mixing, I've hooked my minidisc recorder to my computer, and despite occasional buffering, recording, "The Mikki Fikki Memorial Mix", off of Hot 96.3 in Indianapolis.

What a bummer! Even though it is raining, and my meat is just.... marinading....., I thought I would at least hear some good mixing from all my urbans and rhythmics, but I am highly disappointed.

Is this what I took a vacation day on Friday for?......
 
The only "holiday" programming you can count on, is Chri... errrr I mean winter holiday music.

At least the sun is out now, and Hot 96-3 is sounding Marvelous!
 
As a member of a veteran filled family I will be sure to have my flag out(always is anyways), my grill hot, my beer cold, Thank EVERY member of the services I see, and think about the men and women that have taken the oathe to uphold and protect the US Constitution that are currently away from their families this and many past Memorial days. If all you can think about is to B*thc about is no music mixing well.......... I guess your a junkie for music mixing ;D Have a good one everybody.

First of all, learn how to abbreviate correctly. Second, isn't that what it's all about? The freedom to b!tch when I feel like it?...... ;)

Anyway, don't have time to be board with monkeys today, so.....
Casa is mixing until 10pm tonight. I guess something is better than nothing.....
