What a time to be off the air.

There seems to be an awful lot of trouble at Univision. All of their stations have dead air. KAMA was the only one to come back on the air, but went out again after a while. I started listening since early evening and even til now, they have dead air. What a great time to have technical issues eh?

Seems like Houston's Hispanic community will have to relly on LBI for now as the storm progresses. A big "ouch" for Univision if they don't fix this immidiately.

At this moment only Estereo Latino is off the air! All the others are on!

93.3 & 104.9 both were off the air at 4:45

Time to change that Glith and get a new one that doesn't have glitches.

Actually it is time to get rid of computers that run a radio stations output and put in LIVE OPERATORS again.

Old Chicage

Bet they are wishing that they hadn't laid off some of their engineering staff last month. Maybe some day they'll realize that the sales staff isn't what keeps them on the air.

A computer Glith at the studio was to blame. The stations went of the air at 5:02
That was one heck of a glitch, latino. All 7 stations were off of the air longer than they were on yesterday. Maybe you should hire mrtexmex to oversee the glitch department. He'd straighten some things out around there. :D

???

The problem was not a computer glitch. Our Axia router based console system went down. All of our studios are tied to the axia nodes. It took a while to find the 3 components out of about 60 that were not functioning properly. Time to install a couple of old school back-ups.
