What about Ft. Smith

We see lots of posts about NW Ark and Little Rock and the sound of radio in those markets. I would like to see what you all think about radio in Ft. Smith.

Whenever I go thru there, KTCS seems to be the best country sound in Arkoma. KWHN is typical sounding, decent news-talk. KISR is tops in A/C.

I don't know where the guy on the other post getting off on N.W. Ark. radio sucking is coming from. I beg to disagree!!! KIX104 is the big country sound and KEZA-107.9 has always been one of the better sounding A/C's in the region, with a slight lean to the softer side. The biggest gap I see is with news-talk and KFAY. It does not cover the booming northern side of the market too good during the day, but especially at night when it goes directional.
