What AC formats hasn't switched to christmas music yet?

I know we should be concerned about your favorite soft rock & easy listening songs interrupted because of Christmas music, I want to know that there's some AC stations that switch yet like KRWM, KOIT & KYMX, & others. But if any more of these stations change soon, that means no Adele's "Rolling In the Deep" for 4-5 weeks because of the holidays, but the good news is that the regular tunes come back at Midnight Christmas Day (Dec. 26). What do you think?

As of today, Thursday November 24, 2011, Thanksgiving day, Renda Broadcasting's AC KMGL/Oklahoma City still haven't flip yet while other Renda's AC stations including WEJZ/Jacksonville and WSHH/Pittsburgh had already flipped a week ago. Although, I predicted KMGL would be flipping this evening when the Delilah's show starts at 7PM on Thanksgiving day like they did last year.

It looks like Renda's KMGL is one of the very last station to flip to Christmas this year while Renda's WEJZ and WSHH, Clear Channel's KOST, KSNE, KESZ, KLQT, WLIT, KQXT, KODA, WLTW, WASH, WLRQ, and WMGF, CBS Radio's KVIL, KEZK, WLTE, WRCH, and WEAT, Entercom's KOIT, KKMJ, WLMG, and WSPA all had flipped.

I just heard an official announcement by an air staff on KMGL a while ago that KMGL will flip to all-Christmas when the Delilah's Show starts at 7PM today as several listeners had been asking when is the station starting to play Christmas Music. So, that's exactly the same time they went all-Christmas last year which is when the Delilah's show starts at 7PM on Thanksgiving Day.

If there are two AC stations in the same market, it would behoove one of them NOT to switch, for this very reason. Not to say that they shouldn't sprinkle in Christmas songs, but they should provide a real alternative to those who go 24/7 Chri$tma$ in the middle of November.

That would be good for the listeners, but just watch who would win the Arbitron race.

And B106.7 Columbia, SC, which has never done it before except maybe on the big day, has gone all-Christmas.

Ironic that the original poster mentioned KRWM as they flipped the day after the post was made. KAFE in Bellingham should go all Christmas in a few days, and I don't think KXXO goes all Christmas until the Christmas eve. Don't listen to those stations much as they are distant signals for me, but haven't heard them sprinkle in any, although I'm sure they have.

My grocery store was closed Christmas Day, but the day before, I heard "Kiss on My List" from Hall and Oates and "Minute by Minute" by the Doobies. Since I couldn't really hear lyrics a lot of the time, I only recognized one song as being about Christmas, and it was a good one, in contrast to two really bad ones in a row the week before. I haven't confirmed that the store uses FM1. I only know they use Muzak, but at one time they had a custom program for the entire chain, with ads.

I don't know what my local Walmart use, but when I visit my local Walmart around the last week of October, they had all-Christmas playing already way before our local AC flips to Christmas on Thursday the week before Thanksgiving.

When I worked at Wal-Mart almost 25 years ago, they had instrumental Christmas music (probably muzak) playing. But we interrupted it so much paging each other that store customers probably never even noticed! ;D
