What are Boston radio's biggest failures?

You know that my point is Matty is associated with success and has a reputation in Boston radio for knowing the business. It's hard to believe he'd take on a project that was doomed for failure.

Did he “take on the project” or was he “volunteered” as frontman? ::)

If he was volunteered for the project (as opposed to having willingly volunteered for it), it sure doesn't sound as if he got the raw end of the deal. It sounds as if, for him, the entire project involved recording maybe two dozen 15-sec (or so) liners. If he was compensated at all for that small amount of work, the compensation should have amounted to a few hundred dollars, tops. OTOH, if he had to select from his personal collection of comedy bits, the job could have involved significantly more than taping a few dozen short liners.
