I havent been keeping up on chr stations outside my local market lately.. So now in Spring of 2010, what are some of the most Dance-Rhythmic Pop friendly stations that are currently playing a good deal of Dance Crossovers? I guesss the CBS stations are pretty dance friendly,, and most of the NOW stations are dance friendly...(CURRENTLY) but thats just cause of the trend.. KLUC Vegas Seems to lean POP-Dance .... What are some others.

I know WiLD 94.9 SF leans dance on their mixshows, mainly on Friday nights. I guess you can also say the same on Channel 933 SD when they do their Friday/Saturday night mixshows.

movin 99.7 and wild 94.9 here in san francisco.

Hot 100.5/Norfolk played the same verison of Beyonce "Halo" as iPartyRadio does this weekend, but I am not sure how much they lean on Dance...they played Agnes "Release Me" on Hot or Not, but on thier facebook page most people did not like it and said it was too weird.

They also played Three 6 Mafia/Teisto's song "Feel It" pretty heavy about a month ago.

I AM NOT AT ALL SURPRISED! People with small minds... I remember when the same thing happened to Khandi "don't think I'm not" and Craig David "Fill me in"! Those people were left looking foolish when those songs blew up huge, regardless of the fact that the tempo's of the song were too much for some people's brains to bare. I'm glad when "Gotta get through this" came out, that was just played and no one was given any chance to vote here in Az. The station that did the Khandi "don't think I'm not" vote ten years back ended up listening to their listeners, so they ignored the success of the song. I'm glad the other station who did "fill me in" by Craig David still played it (and a few other things) even after people called in talking about how "unusually weird" it was during smash it or trash it.. or whatever it was called a few years ago. I think "bump it or dump it". Actually no! It was "Kiss it or diss it".

Now that I think of it, I think having that kind of show on the radio is dumb, especially when you know people have been mentally programmed over the years to have small minds when it comes to radio listening and music selection, so unless it sounds a certain way, many people will always "lose their minds" about it the first time around. If anything, a new music show, or better yet, mixshow would be better, where you're telling people what's new and might be hot and may be added to the station soon.
