"When Texas signed on" You can find it at Borders. Just Google the rest. "Dan Rather's " The camera never Blinks" 1 & 2 are good reads as well. "Have Mercy" autobiography of Wolfman Jack.
Rick Sklar's 'Rocking America: An Insider's Story : How the All-Hit Radio Stations Took Over" and "Cousin" Bruce Morrow's "My Life In Rock and Roll Radio." Both are still musts for any radio library. Lujack's, too.
My favorite all-time "programmers" book on radio is Ron Jacobs' "KHJ - Inside Boss Radio." Pricey, but at the top of my list for nearly every trick in the book.
John Long's online book, (free,) "Puttin' On the Hits" is a programmer's must read.
"This Business of Radio Programming" by Claude & Barbara Hall (1977) is now back in print from Dan O'Day.
"No Static: A Guide to Creative Radio Programming" (1999) by Quincy McCoy.
From Steve Warren, "Radio, The Book: For Creative Professional Programming." (2005)
