Runner up to the weakest would have to be WNEU-60/Machester-Boston and its simulcast partner WTMU-LP32 (not sure what channel WTMU is now). WNEU/WTMU is one of the strangest arrangements. WNEU is owned by NBC Universal (Telemundo's parent company), but they LMA it to ZGS Communication, which owned and operated WTMU before NBC-U bought WNEU. ZGS owns the other Telemundo affiliates in New England - WRDM/WDMR (Springfield Hartford), and WRIW? (Priovidence).
