K-LOVE continues to grow by leaps and bounds here in America's cornbelt....catchy professional on-air production vaules and even more so the way their local station ID's are done..although no other studios exist to my knowledge other than the originating station in Winchester,Oregon. Here in Ohio the growth began with a Dayton area FM licensed to Troy, then to the south in Wilmington, east of Springfield at South Vienna and a network of low power translators in Sidney,Findlay,Cincinnati,Richmond,IN with more planned for Urbana and Springfield according to their website.
How do they go about their fundraising?
How do they aquire frequencies so quickly?
and the one that makes me the most curious..how are the local legal ID's done at the top of the hour?
Radio Maria just opened up a station in Anna,Ohio(south of Lima) last year and supposedly some new repeaters for the Alexandria,Louisiana station are planned in PA,AL and WI. Also planned is a Spanish language station in Chicago.
Although K-LOVE is mostly music and RM is teaching with music, talk, rosaries, novenas and Masses..would K-LOVE be willing to share its growth experiences with RM?
