I was listening to Free FM online, around 6:45 P.M. on December 2nd, and a caller from Seattle mentioned he was starting a grass roots effort to put him back on the air. He was pulled from the airwaves after 11 years here; check the Seattle board if you want some fun reading! Leykis then pulled the plug from the live feed on Free FM on the internet. I think he wants to avoid a conflict with the local market, but if anyone from LA heard what he told that caller, please respond and let us know.

He listened to the callers plugs of http://www.wewantleykis.com and http://www.bringbackleykis.com, saying that "I'm a professional" and that he wouldn't comment while on the company's airwaves. He also said he'd have things to say later and that he was "saving [my] comments for a later date." Foreshadowing? If so, because KISW will dump him or because Entercom or another operator will clear him live on another stick?
