What Do....Or Don't....You Like About Jack FM?

We have had Jack FM in southern Illinois for several months now, and I can see pros and cons to it. I like the fact that they play songs that haven't been played on the radio in years, but I hate the fact that the absence of DJs makes it so cold and impersonal. How about you? What are your personal "high points" and "low points" in regard to Jack FM?
