Is that like a fast food restaurant with car hops on rollers skates; like Sonic Drive-ins?
My grand daughter plays a game on the sidewalk where she hips and hops from one chalk marked square to another. Is that what you mean?
If it's the former, then would the station play beach boys type music all of the time?
If it's the latter, then would it be a format that would compete with the Disney stations?

Hip-hop radio here in Detroit, MI sucks, and i'll tell you why. We have a station here in in Detroit named Hot 102.7 that is a very good hip-hop station but their signal is weak in most of metro Detroit, and where I live too in the western Detroit Area.
(97.9 FM) FM 98 WJLB sucks but they are staring to try to be like Hot 102.7.
But Hot 102.7 is the best, I just wish they had a powerful signal like FM 98 WJLB AKA 97.9 FM, here in Detroit.
Hip-hop here on Detroit radio is not all that great. SIRIUS satellite radio Channel 40 and 50 are way better with hip-hop.
