These are very strong between 5:00 PM and 5:45 PM EST when they are still on 10000 watts day power in SE Michigan. East Coast and other stations to the east are lost with 1000 watts night power, so the Desired/Undesired Interference Ratio is quite high during this period.

1640 WKSH Sussex, WI (Radio Disney)
1660 WQLR Kalamazoo MI

If you're in the east it might be WPTX in Leonard Park MD
I'm in sw Ohio, but the Levin site doesn't show WPTX as an affiliate, though it does seem to be the logical station.

I was listening to 1690 this morning around local sunrise and heard WVON/Chicago mixing with a Spanish station. Searching radio-locator only shows a Spanish 1690 station in Roseville, CA. Anyone know of any other Spanish stations on 1690? I have been hearing it consistently around sunrise and sunset.

From Ottawa Canada.

1610 Both CHHA and CJWI
1620 empty
1630 sometimes KCJJ but usually the local airport info station or nothing.
1640 WKSH sometimes but usually empty
1650 CINA, CJRS and KCNZ (from strongest to weekest.)
1660 WWRU
1670 CJEU *local*
1680 WTTM
1690 CJLO and CHTO
1700 empty.

From McKinney, TX just north of Dallas
1610 Nothing
1620 Surprisingly nothing but Jumble. Likely WTAW
1630 Dallas, TX
1640 Oklahoma
1650 El Paso/Arkansas
1660 Waco/Kansas City
1670 NOAA Weather
1680 Louisiana
1690 Chicago
1700 KKLF with KVNS solidly underneath.
(KKLF can be nulled and comfortably listen to KVNS)

You might want to check 1650 again. The Fort Smith station (KYHN) went silent a few years ago due to flooding issues. CC applied for a silent STA at the time, then filed replacement STA requests due to "financial" reasons. They subsequently attempted to sell it to a minority buyer, but at last report the deal was not consummated and the station remains silent ("licensed and silent" in FCC records). KWHN continues to operate on 1320.

There was a brief time when they were back on. Unless theres another Talker on 1650

There's WHKT in Portsmouth, VA which is talk, but it's nearly 1200 miles away from you.

I don't, other than perhaps Toronto has brokered some of its morning time.

There is/was a station in Argentina on 1692, and as you are no doubt aware, an application for a new station on St. Thomas VI.
