What do you think Old School 94.5 should start with @ 5pm Friday

Well, according to yes.com... wmoj (Mojo in Cincy "Jammin' Oldies"...) In the past few hours they have mixed in:

The Average White Band
Nu Shooz
Hall & Oates
KC & The Sunshine Band
Steve Winwood
David Bowie
Wham
Queen
Elton John
Steve Miller Band

Although this would take a bite out of KLUV I just can't see 94.5 playing these guys even if Mojo is a Radio One station too... Check out their site and "listen live" http://mojocincy.com/

Yeah, doesn't sound like a very smart move. I'm seeing alot more stations going more current, like Kiss 104.1 Atlanta. I heard their numbers were improving. I sure won't be listening to this new, well old format.

If this is the same ol' run of the mill "old school" station, they can miss me too.

I'm more interested now in who's going to take Baisden's place...I just heard Skip Murphy on 94.5 K-Whatever!!! The real secret is that Skip Murphy & Co are back!

That's what I'm thinking.....

Wow, bringing back Skip Murphy and Company would get me listening! That would be a nice brushback move against the cross-town Dallas competitors. Too bad though for TJMS losing his hometown market but 94.5 needs to be freshened up.

I wouldn't get your hopes up, this is Radio One we're talking about. I've seen Skip mentioned on these boards before, but I've never listened to him. On an irrelevant note, I think Tom Joyner is on his way out. He's in his 60's, I'm not sure how much longer he can keep being a viable name in radio. Steve Harvey too, he's approaching 60.I wonder who's going to take their places? Hmmm. UAC needs some more options.
