What does this mean on WICC's program schedule?

Maybe they adopted a truth in advertising and now disclose their automated programing. What about all the leased time programming they have/had? None of that listed, either.

Then again there's not anything for Sunday morning between 6am and 9am - perhaps dead carrier?
