What does this mean?

Currently on WCTX Channel 59.2 in New Haven, which is TheCoolTV the bottom half of the screen is red, the top half has half color bars, and in the middle there's a message that says "Video Lock Error" and scrolling WTNH-DT.

TheCoolTV appears to be defunct. Their FTA Ku band feed on Galaxy 19 has gone dark. An email sent to the Austin affiliate yielded a terse replay that the network is "no longer available." There are reports that the network had disappeared in Los Angeles, OKC, DFW, St. Louis and Albuquerque. The network is not responding to these reports on its Facebook page.

I really would not be surprised if TheCoolTV were gone by the end of this year. More and more stations seem to be doing away with it, and nobody turns on the TV for music videos anymore.

I started a thread but cant find it on THE COOL TV playing hour long blocks of country music videos all weekend.They recently added alot more informercials.
Seems to me they are trying to raise revenue and viewership by adding Country which kinda contradicts itself.
I dont get THE COUNTRY NETWORK in Providence but checked it out on line.it looks a lot more better produced,better graphics and cleaner copies of videos.not stuff off of you tube and not so many train wrecked seques either. Aka Diamonds by RHianna into lets say Culture club TIME.
Ive heard some bad seques in my time and may have done a couple of bad ones myself but COOL TV has some awful seques of songs that are back to back and totally different from each other.

The FTA KU Band feed was separate from the network.

The network is done on an IP based server system. Each affiliate has a server connected to the network, where videos are downloaded along with the playlists.

They had some major issues with Sinclair with a financial dispute which killed off more than 50% of their audience.
