The reason would appear to be that they're still down in Potosi. The question is whether they're really going to build it out and move to Troy; the CP doesn't expire until November 2013.

Nice.

That's a great example of the saltwater effect.

Here's a similar daytime catch I had of non directional 5kw station from the beach at Ft. Pierce - WSPO from Charleston.
