What ever happen to News Man "Mike Fenwick" ?

I think he worked at WUBE Boss Radio and also Q-102 maybe in the news dept !
I remember seeing a photo of him on the back of a door at Q-102 around 71-72
and a "slurr type of remark " I will not mention here. Randy Michaels was giving
me a tour of the joint. He was wearing a 96Rock jacket at the time ! Than we
went to Mt. Adams to some club, and a young John Phillips playing the music.

Mike had some serious health problems for a few years before he died. I think he had contracted hepatitis at one point and had to have transplant surgery back in 2004-2005, because I was working part-time at WFYI Public Radio (while Jed Duvall was station manager and VP-audio services) and I filled in for him on Morning Edition while he was out. I was working overnights for Metro as their Metro Source Indiana news producer and was working out of the WISH-TV newsroom just a few blocks away. I'd grab some news copy and head down Meridian Street to the radio station about 5AM. A wonderful guy and a great friend and I missed him when I left Indy. He told me of some of the days he worked in Cincy when I told him that I spent a few months working overnight news at WLW during the time that Chas. Van Sant left (up on Mt. Adams).
