What ever happened to WCVE-FM's expansion plan?

So...Commonwealth Broadcasting has two construction permits for FM stations that have yet to be built...when are they going to get cracking on building them?

Perhaps a more appropriate question is: will they build them? I still think they might sell to a religious group for a little bit of cash, perhaps? Or maybe they'll trade the two with AFR's yet-to-be-built Richmond rimshot WRIH for a second, news-talk NPR station?

Anybody have any clue what's going on?
