What ever happened to...

Bo Jackson, the man in demand @ KLUC?

Did he suffer from the "new" (and really, can anybody tell me what exactly what is "new" at KLUC other than being a heritage that has fallen on hard times) branding and was cast off? Where did he settle in?

> I heard Bo is doing mornings at Mix station in Oxnard, CA. As for KLUC fallen on hard times, thats not true...they are 800,000 ahead of last year in billing. While Mr. Bob's night numbers aren't a lot to brag about, Chris Tracy is knockin' em dead in middays. It won't surprise me to see him in a top 10 market.
Gotta hand it to Hot, Mike P is quite talented. They have really managed to hang in there!
Although I haven't seen morning numbers...that's the buzz I get from people around town. I know KLUC and Hot are close 12+, but the money demo's tell a different story.

Thanks. I was wondering.
Face it: KLUC's numbers are nowhere what they used to be.

KLUC's numbers aren't what they used to be...true...If you're speaking of the days of no competition. If you look at KLUC/VEG's combined numbers show Vegas has nearly 10 shares of rhythm out there. Take away VEG and KLUC is back where they used to be. Those days, however, are gone forever. Watch and see what happens to Mix with Jack on...they will drop...mark my words...and if someone would go Hot AC and give Mix some competition...you'd see there numbers drop. Makes sense doesn't it????
