WHAT FORMAT DOES SAN ANTONIO NEED?

A true Chr/Rhythmic station something like original KTFM.

me too. I miss the old KTFM back in the 80s and early 90s. I may still have some airchecks from when they were known as "HOT 103" ANyone still have the old bumper stickers? Or remember the KTFM Hummer?IN addition, we need to bring back KKYX on FM. Maybe they can replace 106.7, where they used to be.

I say Cox makes changes with Z106.7 before or shortly after the book comes out the first week of May. But I don't think that Cox will flip the station Classic Country. My belief is they go after the station that's been on top for the last couple of years- The Beat.

You know you people are forgetting how pissed people got when they used to play NSuck and Brittney Queers. And how foolish they made themselves look by flipping formats every 6 months. In all honesty, legendary calls but it was only popular for so long in SA due to lack of choice when it came to radio dials. I aint trying to hate but damn I am just being real.

The adjustment to the format happened when Infinity purchase KTFM. However, in the 80's, 90's, and early 2000's KTFM remained in the Top 5 or had the Top spot. When the Beat entered the market, KTFM was in the Top 10 and before the flip to K-ROCK, KTFM was up in the ratings. KROCK and Jack will never have the numbers or the audience KTFM had.

cox should covert 106.7 into a top 40/r hiphop and let local talent wipe out the beat!!!!if not mix should....also travetto should put a hiphop specialty show in
