What format is Amarillo most in need of?

We have a "new" station.
KXIT-FM, 96.1 has moved their studios to Amarillo and flipped to a commercial Contemporary Christian format. B96.1 Believe.

Good for them, but that doesn't really add anything that Amarillo did not already have.
