What formats do Myrtle Beach need right now?

I figured 94.5 The Tide was doing good what happened? They were the ones that made Star 92.1 flip to Energy. Myrtle Beach doesn't need another talk station already have 100.3 and 99.5

Does anyone think someone will take the place of Hot AC now that 94.5 The Tide is gone?
It is already on 93.7 in Georgetown, as someone pointed out on the other topic. All they need is for the 93.9 simulcast to resume in MB.

102.7 WGNI is all MB has right now, although I heard that in a restaurant last year.

93.9 has a good mix of throwback country and new country

Wouldn't mind seeing 92.1 go back to Hot AC

Probably a good idea.

I don't see why 93.7 began separate broadcasts because it can't be heard on the north end.

As for WEZV, I've had problems with both ways to listen live today and haven't gone back to it yet, but yesterday it was about as close to the soft side of soft AC as it has been in recent months. Nowhere close to WFEZ or WDUV based on their most recent "last songs played", and not even in the same solar system as Easy 102.9 Jacksonville. Not something a station that wants The Tide's listeners would do.

Seems that Energy 92.1 is going more gold CHR. Not sure if it's because were getting in Memorial Day weekend or what.

As for anyone taking the AC route, could see BOB 104.9 tweak as some songs crossover with Rock 107.1

Other than 93.7 simulcasting on 93.9, Bob is the obvious choice.

Cumulus has
98.5 Kiss FM
CBS Sports Radio 100 3 The Team
Sunny 103.1
Nash 106.5

Sunny could always go more AC
I think they did a few years ago. Then they went back to playing more older songs.

I still think Bob is closer to already being AC. Someone needs to play the older songs.

The Nash station in Florence went Hot AC. It's not like Myrtle Beach needs that many country stations.
