What happened at Buckley/Monterey?

Was just taking a look at the Summer book for Monterey/Salinas and noticed that suddenly none of the Buckley stations had ratings. Did something happen there that I missed? For all three to suddenly have no shares tells me it might be more than a sampling problem.

I could be wrong, but I seem to remember Arbitron selectively eliminating certain owners from their public results based on whether they buy the survey or not.
