anybody know what happened to cadillac jack from WXTU ?
i only hear rumors, and have no idea as to the validity of them.

if he left for GOOD reasons, i would imagine we would see stories about his plans. but since he left with absolutley no announcement, i can't help to think that his abrupt departure was for BAD reasons.

before i post my guess, anybody care to offer up some info ?

Why do you care? A man is unemployed, and anything unfounded just creates drama.

don't get your panties in a wad starscream. i am just interested in knowing what happened to one of my favorite jocks. not looking to throw mud. plus, i made it very clear from my previous post that i had NO hard facts.

i find it hard to believe he was fired for no good reason. altho i did see some reports that he might have left by his own accord. that being said, i will keep my guesses to myself for now. but there is something fishy there.....

just in case you haven't noticed, radio is being seriously disrupted by everything from digital infringement, payola issues, fragmentation, weak sales tactics, tired programming, lack of talent pool, no foresight, etc. indeed, there IS cause for fair questioning the quick exit of cadillac jack.

on the other hand, feel free to go back to discussing why wjjz might flip, or why there is no active rocker in town.

peace out....

I hate to admit it...but when I get home from a long day of overseeing the morons, the first site I punch up is this one.

I do a lot online...but as soon as I walk through the door and turn on the computer I think:

"It's time to punch up Radio-Info and see..."

1) Who has their panties in a tight wad?

2) Who has demonstrated once again that he is the east bound end of a west bound horse?

3) Who has come up with yet another condescending term that rhymes with SCRHack?

4) Who is accusing our fan of old country tunes of donning a bed sheet?

5) Who claims to have the latest inside info on a certain impending "flip"...only to find out that the only thing this person knows about "flip" is when to flip the fries at his job?

6) Who reads of 12 plus numbers and thinks, "Is she really only 12 years old? Wow. Girls didn't look like that when I was in 7th grade."

I'm sure there are more...but who has the time? The entertainment aspect of this place is greater than the actual conversations about radio stations.

When put in proper perspective you are quite right. I wonder how many jocks read these posts and laugh their a$$e$ off. I wouldn't go as far as bedsheet on him though, just extremely disgusted with the state of Philly radio. Thanks for the reality check.
