What happened to 106.3's signal?

I've noticed for about the past week that the "new" Spanish language station at 106.3, formerly 106.3, the River, has been off the air. I've actually been able to pick up KYGL out of Texarkana. Any news as to what is going on with La Zeta?
 
I heard that they suffered a transmission line burn up due to a lack of nitrogen on the line. Who needs those pesky engineers doing transmitter site maintenance?
