What happened to 1160 Radio Disney?

For the past few nights, after sunset, 1160 AM Radio Disney, has disappeared. I don't listen to RD, but like all the other stations that I don't listen to, it was always there, day or night. Now tonight and this morning, as I am scanning the AM band looking for anything that the cold front might have blown in, I find KSL from Salt Lake City, Utah, booming in like a local on 1160 AM. What happened to Radio Disney? Is their absence a routine maintenance signoff, possible transmitter problems or did they go bust and just disappear? I don't know how long this has been going on, but no one else seems to have noticed, since no one has posted any info about the subject.
