What happened to American Life Channel?

I know this is kind of late, but why is Adelphia Cable in L.A. not carrying American Life Channel formerly known as Good Time T.V.? I liked those old shows especially FBI Friday nights. I knew I could count on kicking back and watching the adventures of Inspector Erskin.
Can a cable carrier just delete a channel? What were the circumstances? Anyone know of this?
Another channel with old programming gone. Sad.

Were you watching it on analog or digital? The Bright House system in Tampa Bay offered Goodlife on analog until a couple of years back, when they moved it to digital. I miss the channel too, mainly because digital is too expensive.

It might simply be that your system has elected not to continue to carry it.

"American Life" is still around and my Adelphia cable(soon to be Comcast)
carries it in Vermont. (And I watch "FBI Friday" every week too!)

(I do wonder why this channel is NOT on satellite?!)
