What happened to Frasier Maxwell

Anyone know? Thought he was brought on to be the new executive producer/pd for the fan, but at least for the last 5 months it's been Tim Collins.

Did Frasiers lengthy exile from radio work against him? He held the job for what? 5 months before Tim took over?

(Sorry for starting another Fan thread, but I've been wondering for a few weeks)
