what happened to Kathy?

First of all that site is not boring and secondly it is inappropriate behavior and very rude to talk bad about his typos. So please don't do that again.

Hi everyone:

Lemme put out just one broad question (You can answer if you wish).

Who the f**k here cares about DenverRadio.net?

I ask because the last time I saw that board, it was infested with flamers and other undesirable behavior. In fact, that's why MANY of us (I mostly lurked) fled from that board in an effort to escape it. It's also the main reason why this board was created in the first place.

I seriously hope some of you don't think you can just bring that kind of behavior here. Please tell me I'm correct on this.

Don't get me wrong here. I'm glad to see you found this "Kathy" person and now have a new board and all. But I would hate to see what we have here be ruined by a few of the "Old Skool" DenverRadio.net regulars. That would be sad. :(

Just my opinion...

Cheers :)

There is nothing wrong with Denverradio.net. I have been on that site since it switched from Radio News to an all radio Discussion site in 2003 and everyone there has been on their best behavior since now they have banned topics on Dino Costa. and Denverradio.net is special.

Ohh well. Guess it's just not my cup of tea I suppose.

Glad we got this board though ;)

Cheers :D

According to an old article in Westword, Jimmy Lakey bought DenverRadio.net from Rob Hatch back around 2001 when he was doing a talk show on KNUS. I used to work with him at KNRC. We asked him then about the site then and he said after a bit of effort to make some money on the site, he basically walked away giving it to the webmaster to operate as she wished. I am assuming that the webmaster was Kathy as I remember he said it was a lady with kids or something like that. I remember thinking it seemed like a nice gesture to give the site away with no strings.
