What happened to KQMG-AM in Independence

I recently noticed that 1220 is off the air and their web sites come up as being "under construction". Does anyone know what happened to the AM, I used to listen to them for ESPN Radio?
 
are they back up yet? i heard it was temporary off air situation. what about the FM 95.3? Still on? The phone number at the station has been disconnected.
