What Happened to KYAA' Jingles?

I just noticed that KYAA is no longer calling themselves "KYA" and lost the few "KYA" jingles they had used
does anyone know the reason?
 
Someone does.
 
They would use the legal ID at the top of the hour(KYAA) but the rest of the time they would go by
"KYA" and the few jingles they had would "ID" as KYA, does somebody possibly have a copywrite on "KYA" and or
the KYA jingles?

Yes.
 
KYAF in Firebaugh still uses the KYA id and Jingles when they are on the air, which lately is a rarity.
