What Happened To Lisa Thomas on Mix 102.9 ?

Victim of the CC Budget Cuts...Round 1 Jan 2009

Yeah she has been VT-ing for Mix in Tyler for a long time now... They are owned (I think) by Gap and not CC. Funny though Kidd mornings and Lisa middays.
 
So does she do the virtual jock thing from the DFW area?

Just out of curiosity, since I am not in "the business", how much did/does a jock like her earn when
she worked for Mix 102.9?
 
I have NO idea what Lisa was earning at Mix 102.9 but after 15 years and also wearing the MD hat I would hope that it would be at least in the $60K+ range... From what I understand (and i am no expert) each additional VT market can bring in $4K - $5K per market... So, if that is true... she can't live off of $5K/yr. :'(

And she is one of the nicest people you could EVER meet!
