What happened to Team Traffic on Fox 4s Good Day?

First Todd leaves and now it's just Chip without his chopper. He even stopped saying Team Traffic. :'( Anybody know waz goin on?
 
Well, with Todd gone, it's not much of a team anymore, is it?

It's possible the Metro chopper is in the shop for repairs (FOX 4 shares it with Metro - remember the story a while back of the chopper crash? Chip and Julie DeHardy were both aboard and both injured, Julie more seriously - but she's back at work now). I would imagine you'll see Chip back in the air soon.
 
I hadn't really thought anything about him being on the ground.

Guess I have been too busy trying to figure out how Even Andrews find's time to do the weather in the mornings and then time to play Adrian Monk and get new shows filmed for the fall.

Don't count on it. I heard that Fox nixed the chopper from their budget, so Chip is supposedly grounded permanently. I don't know how this impacts the others who regularly "rented" seats in the chopper to report for CBS.

Do they still do copter shots during rush hour and breaking news?
 
Maybe for a car chase or something but traffic is Chip and TxDot cameras. They used to brag that they had two helicopters so I guess with the traffic copter gone they must still have the news copter for breaking news?
