What happened to the Baseball Show?

Butch Stearns is on WEEI instead of the Baseball Show. The Baseball Show is on Comcast with McAdam, Buckley, Merloni, and Holley........all 'EEI guys. Anyone have any idea why? The choice is between a first class baseball show and a moron. I listened to Stearns for about ten minutes and he didn't mention anything about the change. What are they thinking? Why is 'EEI so secretive about their programming. It's like they try to make everything a surprise.
 
I had the same questions. Is there some contractual issue? I have to assume it's a ratings winner for EEi, certainly pulling in higher ratings than Stearns. I can't stand listening to him -- he tells me nothing! Interestingly enough, Tanguay's on with Zolak and Gresh this a.m. I can take that much easier than Stearns. Cordischi's not bad, either -- he's on PRO until noon.
 
hey Guys - no worries it was a 1 week thing - the Baseball Show will be back on WEEI next week - unfortunately I will not be delivering the Sportsflash - down to New Orleans for business next Saturday...With the Draft going on I guess management decided to go live with Butch Sterns so all topics could be addressed - Celtics win, Pats Draft, Bruins Loss, and of course a Red Sox win!!

1. Bad decision. The only thing worse would've been Mustard and Johnson.

2. Why didn't they mention it Friday on any of the shows?

3. Why didn't they mention it on the TV show? I did miss the first few minutes, they may have.

4. Why didn't Stearns say somthing about it. Of course I only listened to him for a few minutes. He may have.

5. If they would only announce things, I wouldn't have hissy fits.
