What happened to WBOS?

PD Lauren Larocque was let go. All of the hosts (voice-tracked) and specialty programming was removed. As all of the hosts are all employees of Greater Media (producers, promotions assistants, etc.) they have all retained their day jobs, with the exception of Lauren
 
This is the chicken and egg of an HD2. If you don't have compelling programming, nobody will listen. But if nobody can hear your compelling programming, how can they listen. But if there isn't compelling programming to be found people won't buy a radio. But how can you pay for compelling programming if there are no radios.... and on and on and on....
 
Yeah I asked her on facebook with no reply..then I checked her wall and it states she was let go in january. Doesn't sound like she even received a two week notice.

I thought the content was fine. I would say thought that it would help to change or at least put an announcement up because nothing has changed on the site http://www.myradio929.com/InsideRadio929/Radioyou/jocks.aspx

It is annoying because I don't mind a promotion of something. At least when there was hosts they would be saying where a band would be playing.
