What Happened To WBZ Ch. 4's Ken Barlow

What happened to Ch 4's new weatherman, Ken Barlow. He was here for a few days last week and disappeared. Mish Michael's has taken over without any mention of Barlow's absense. Barlow was good. Hope he is just on vacation...but in the middle of a Nor'easter???
 
We had a similar incident like that last year in my market, turned out that the forcaster had a stroke. Hopefully, not the same thing here, but it makes you wonder, huh?
