Miami/Fort Lauderdale what happened to WKLG Star 102.1

I was wondering if anyone in the Miami or Florida Keys area knows if WKLG-FM is still on the air. It used to come in pretty good up in central Broward until a LPFM took over 102.1 MHz. Now that LP has been off the air for almost a year and I have not heard any sign of Star 102.1. As a matter of fact the last time I was down in Miami I was unable to hear it by MIA, someplace it usually came in. Does anyone in South Miami or perhaps the Keys know if Star 102.1 is still on air? Maybe they reduced operating power? (though they are still shown as a 100 kW signal).
