What happened to WTMD on 105.5 in Virginia?

105.5 seems to have been taken over by WAMU. I can't believe that after finally getting the signal clear in Bethesda they would take it away. Does anyone know why or IF this has happened? Thanks.
 
What is WTMD and What is WAMU?

I've listened to the frequency, as I typically use that channel to feed my XM, or mp3 player or whatever.....the bleedover from these 2 stations is now making the frequency unusable. I know that it was originaly a repeater in Great Falls feeding a signal of a station IN B-more, would that WTMD? But I noticed now I'm hearing WAMU. American Univ I'm guesing? What freq are they soposed to be on?
 
From what I've heard, the translator switched to WAMU or its HD2 subchannel. I think it's has to do an FCC ruling...I forgot what it was.
