What Happens to ESPN on WNPV?

WNPV has been broadcasting ESPN radio in the northern suburbs from 7pm - 5am weekdays and also afternoons-overnight on weekends for a number of years. Does WPEN have 'exclusive' rights to the whole market now? If yes, what does WNPV pick up? I'd guess Fox Sports Radio since they dropped AP network news for Fox "News" on the hour last year. They've also used ESPN updates throughout the day.

I'd rather see them go to some type of a 'real oldies' format nights and weekends. On Christmas Eve/day they run an automated Christmas music format, so they could go with automated music - maybe oldies, soft gold AC or even easy listening. But I'll bet on them selecting more syndicated sports or right-wing talk.
