What Houston NEEDS now is a good Dance/Rhythymic AC/Top 40 Station

I wish H-town would get this great station-Just like NYC, L.A. and Philadelphia. It would be great for CC to flip either KARW (93.7) or MEGA 101 to this hot format. This music takes us to the days of Travolta, The Bee Gees, & Donna Summer. Is it time to bring Disco/Love 94 back from the dead? I say YES!!! Put them back on the radio, and add some today's hitmakers, like Nelly Furtado, Madonna, and The Pussycat Dolls.

Not going to happen. And it's KKRW, not KARW.

who knows, Clear Channel does do a lot of surprising things. They did flip Houston's legendary rock station and they have done similar things in other markets. KKRW is the (most of the times)lowest performing station (rating wise) they own according to 12+ ratings. Does anyone know if KKRW bills good or not? and are they performing good in any other books like 18-24 or 25+

Disco/Love 94 should be left in the format graveyard for a peaceful eternity. Any revival would be a short-lived flavor of the month. :p

Disco-type formats flamed out pretty quickly, even when the genre was new. :-[

I think The Arrow needs to flip for this music much more than MEGA 101. . So tired of listening to this old rock and roll. Beyonce is my fiance!

Thanks 4 the Info though. That cost L.A. to lose its only Country music station, as angry fans are trying to find a new home 4 Country there, And over in Philly, This format has also replaced a poorly-rated Smooth Jazz station there. well, there goes the patients out of the doctor's office. I believe BOTH stations can be replaced. Again, Beyonce IS My Fiance!
