What, if anything happened with WHTM budget cuts

"Allbritton handed out a batch of pink slips at its Channel 7/WJLA and NewsChannel 8 broadcast complex in Rosslyn this morning........We're told that the cuts were designed to save as many jobs as possible. Allbritton stations across the country are also taking the hits, including 15 jobs eliminated at Harrisburg PA's WHTM-TV"

Anybody know anything about this?
 
Yes, you're right. Pink slips were handed to 15 Channel 27 staffers yesterday. They cut 30 people at their DC station and 40 in Birmingham AL. In DC some long-time reporters and anchors were told their services were no longer required, along with a bunch of off-air staff.
