1350 i feel used to be our best station way before katrina with it's few syndicated hosts prior to the air america debacle. Now what do we have with this channel ? I can't even seem to get Lineup / schedule information.

http://www.wwl.com/ reveals nothing but local programing. Does local really bring in the advertisers over syndicated personalities? How can this be? I knwo i should get xm sirus if i want any cognitive stimulation at all on the radio but i'm waiting for the merger.

Why can' they just go back to their old pre-airamerica format?

But I agree.. time shifted has got them less numbers I think as air america..Bad when it's got the same ratings as Radio Disney

But I agree on their being a few other talkers that they can bring... People have told me that for instance Moon Griffion is not a person who would do well in NOLA (I don't listen) I'm just surprised on having a Louisiana talk show on in every market except one in New Orleans

But hey, if you want to hear what traffic was like yesterday, it's all there! They don't even clean up the rebroadcast by filtering out up to the minute type news like traffic and weather. Pitiful. I rather hear Namer's rant via his home telephone, or reruns of Ed Butler.

Anyone remember Ed Tyll from WSMB from the early 90's?

How about Paul, on WTIX-AM, about, say, 6 years ago maybe? He was strange, but fun strange.

its wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwl!!!! its whats left to play that dont get airplay on 870 plus repeats of todays news and traffic plus yesterdays and maybe the day before. waste.
