What is an average First Year Salary for Sales Newbie?

Hi there,
I'm thinking about getting into radio sales,and was wondering what an average first-year salary might be in Canada for a large market (1 million), selling for one station only.

I may not have the answer handy, but I just wondered, did you mean one cluster, rather than one station?

For example, if you do sales for Easy Rock (97.3 FM), I believe it is very possible that you'll also be heavily involved in encouraging that a company also advertise on sister stations Mix 999 and CFRB 1010 AM radio.
(I could be wrong...?)
 
Hi Yez, Thanks for the note. I meant one station only, as the station I'm interested in does not have any sister stations.
