What is Cox getting ready to do?

Noticed yesterday morning that 106.9 HD3 was on and running The Point format from the HD2, but on a 2 second delay and in mono. Anyone know?
 
Interesting.. guess someone over there reads the boards. 106.9 HD2 & 3 are off (as of my last check at 8pm)
 
They wanted to be sure you were reading. :p

Maybe getting ready to feed a translator.
 
Checking last night I found that 106.9 HD-2 and HD-3 have the same audio, but the HD-3 is about one second behind the HD-2.
