What is CPP for various media buys these days in Seattle

I would like to know what media buyers are paying for Cost Per Point (CPP) for the following demos here in town:

18-34 females
18-49 females

Thanks and let me know.

you mean what buyers are asking for, or what they're really getting? you'll get crackpot requests for $150 CPP for both of those demos but that never happens (for most stations) thank god.

Finally it seems as if CPP's are coming back to where they should be. So for those demos, $225-250 for a REAL schedule. Anyone can throw in rotator crap and get a CPP to whatever they need it to be, but if you are looking at a solid schedule, that's about where you'll want to look. but as always, some stations will be higher than others.

Ok, great. Thanks so much. Are media buyers using CPM (cost per thousand) anymore? If so, what would be an optimum CPM that a buyer would be likely to receive from a station?
